About the Author
Florin Turcu has a degree in Physics granted by the University of Bucharest in 2003. In 2008 he received his PhD degree in applied electromagnetism from the University of Pisa, Italy. Since then he has been doing research regarding the NDT technique of ultrasonic guided- waves and magnetostrictive sensors for monitoring of pressure vessels.
