Bought this for a project and only got done testing, never deployed. Tested just now in win7 64 bit to check compatibility. On win7 64, I went into the compatibility settings and told it to run as administrator. There may be other ways to get this to run but this seemed to do the trick for me. Original drivers disk included but since I don't have an optical drive on my laptop, I went right to the cables to go site and chose resources: drivers and firmware: and entered 29571. There is a link that talks about how to install on winxp and win vista 32 and 64 and on that download, there is an install for 64 bit. The program it installs is the one that I ran as administrator. I can even offer support in the evenings(EST) if you need remote assistance in setting this up(it's what I do for a living!) Please feel free to inquire if you have any questions.
